These terms govern use of the RYZE Superfoods online store and purchases made through it. The linked service policies explain the corresponding delivery, return and privacy arrangements.

You must be able to enter a binding purchase under the law that applies to you. Provide accurate ordering and contact information, and safeguard any account credentials. Do not use the service for fraud, unlawful activity, harmful code, security interference or misuse of another person’s information.

Product information and availability

Review each product’s description, options, ingredients or materials, quantity, directions and safety information before buying. Images and screen colours may vary in appearance. We seek accuracy but may correct product details, prices or availability when an error is identified. An item shown on the site is not a guarantee of continuing stock.

Pricing, checkout and orders

Orders are priced in USD. Review discounts, applicable taxes, any shipping charge and the final total at checkout before paying. Order processing may require payment authorisation or verification. We may decline or cancel an order for an unresolved payment issue, suspected fraud, an error, unavailability, a legal restriction or an unsupported delivery address; amounts collected for cancelled goods will be refunded as required.

Changes, delivery and after-purchase help

Request a cancellation or correction promptly before dispatch; completion is not guaranteed. Consult our Shipping Policy for US delivery estimates and our Refund Policy for the 30-day return process. These policies do not remove consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
