For a purchase from RYZE Superfoods, this policy explains how to ask for a return, exchange or assistance with an item that arrived incorrectly.

Start with your purchase details

Please send your order number or another proof of purchase when requesting a return or exchange. The request must reach us within 30 days after delivery. For a change of mind, the goods should remain unused, in their original condition and original packaging.

Return arrangements, not an unexpected postage bill

We cover eligible return shipping, including change-of-mind returns and returns involving damage, defects, incorrect goods or missing items. Contact us before mailing the parcel so we can supply the return method or a prepaid label. When the delivery is not right
