Please complete purchases from RYZE Superfoods through the store’s secure checkout. This page explains currency, payment selection and order charges.

About Credit/Debit Card

Checkout displays the card and other payment options actually available for your particular order. Select one of those enabled methods and follow the payment provider’s verification steps. A card logo elsewhere on the website does not guarantee acceptance for every transaction.

USD and the final amount

The settlement currency is USD. Product amounts, discounts, legally applicable taxes and shipping are shown in the checkout total before confirmation. Standard Shipping is free for US orders. Taxes are charged as applicable law requires; we do not promise a fixed tax exemption.

Payment handling and protection

Shopify and the relevant payment providers process payment credentials through the checkout system. We do not receive or retain full card details as ordinary store records. Please do not send complete card numbers, passwords or security codes by email or phone. Providers may apply authorisation, fraud-prevention or other verification checks.

Unsuccessful payments and refunds

If a payment fails, review the information entered or contact your payment provider before trying again. Contact our team if you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt, inspection and approval; a bank or processor may need additional posting time.
